Theresa's villa is amazing, beautiful view and amazing pool. Mark the villa manager is always on hand to provide useful tips. Our driver got lost and Mark was great in finding us and escorting us to the villa. Absolutely recommend this villa, Theresa's hospitality and attention to detail is great.

We had a fantastic stay in Theresa and Nicola’s villa. The view from the villa is breathtaking and the house is also very beautiful and functional. We are a family of 4 with 2 babies of 7 months each and Theresa had organised everything to host them too. I highly recommend this villa not only for the staff and the villa manager, who were available 24/7 and very nice, but also for its location and modern state.

The place was like home, with lots of amenities and extra touches. They are not only Super Hosts but Super people!! Above and beyond our expectations!!! We’ll use their properties again!!

8 of us stayed at Villa bel air for a week, i must say Theresa and Nicolas's looked after us exceptionally. No requests big or small was too much trouble for them, ranging from arranging our airport transfers, personally showing us around the villa, putting in a baby cot in one of the rooms and sourcing a high chair, also sorting out car rental, helping us book a excursion on a private boat to go snorkelling and telling us good sights and locations to see..the list could go on. Theresa was always quick to respond to any questions and queries we had and once in a while would drop us a message to see if we were OK or needed anything. We felt that Theresa and Nicolas genuinely cared and took pride in being hosts in making sure everything was perfect for us! As for the villa, it speaks for itself, stunning view, modern interior and immaculately clean, looks exactly how it does in the pictures! Only fault we could think of is a car/bike rental is pretty essential as the villa is quite high up and not much within walking distance, but of course for the view its a small price to pay. Would highly recommend this villa! Thanks again Theresa and Nicolas for looking after us!!
