I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to go to Koh Samui . Theresa and Nicolas are by far the perfect hosts for anyone who comes there and they will make sure to make your stay as convenient and as delightful as possible.
Best part of Villa Belair was its view of infinity pool.

The local bar & restaurant tips given by them was really amazing with the widest view of sea and fun filled activities. They traced us for the entire journey as where have we reached how can they both help us and if we need anything. Nicolas i would like to mention a big thanks you offering our car and had never experience such a host who would clean the car when parked and make it ready for us when we want to take it. This is what i learnt from you and will try to follow while hosting someone.

Villa Belair is a really good place to stay. Hosts are really very nice people. Very friendly. Very kind. Very hospitable. Rooms are really cozy and Clean. Even the bathroom are equipped with hot water. Very good facilities. Recommend this place for any type of visitors. Go and enjoy the real Koh Samui........ On arrival Marek was able to arrange a brand new small sedan hire... read more car for a cheap rate, which was delivered within an hour of our arrival, with no prior warning.

The reviews that mention needing a 4WD to get to the Villa are incorrect, we had a Honda City and had no issues getting up and down the mountain.

Theresa and Nicholas are super nice and passionate hosts, they started to arrange... read more everything when my booking was confirmed, including the transfer from airport to the villa, warm welcome and suggestions, etc. Marek, the villa manager, also very nice and always gives us useful help and suggestions, he could help us almost everything in Ko Samui.
The villa is luxury and comfortable. You can even enjoy the view of beautiful swimming pool and sea when lying on the bed.
The villa is highly-recommended. I definitely will choose it again when I come to KO Samui next time!

Be it taxi service, chef, spa and massage service, local guide and the list goes on and on!Overall an excellent place to hangout with family if you are coming for mental peace.!🙂

The property is located on a steep hill or mountain due to which the view is very good. We have a sea facing infinity pool.

Due to its location we always need a cab/private car/scooty to come down & go up the hill.walking could be quite difficult for some ppl with health issues😌

The property was flawless & house keeping staff came every day for cleaning.The only thing we think could be better was the living room AC. As the room is quite big and spacious we need at least 2 AC🙂

  We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and... read more accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.
